Kama

Kamas (or belt-capes) were skirt-like armor accoutrements worn from the belt. In the later days of clone trooper Phase I armor, Clone Commanders, Clone Captains, clone commandos of Clone Force 99, and Advanced Recon Commandos added blast-resistant kamas to their kits, along with other gear. A kama was also worn with Phase II armor. Female members of the Mandalorian super commandos serving the Shadow Collective wore kamas as part of their standard armor. The cold weather assault stormtroopers of the Galactic Empire later wore insulating kamas, as did First Order snowtroopers. The Empire's coastal defender stormtrooper squad leaders wore kamas.
