Onyx Bands of Cato Neimoidia
Canon Linked from 9 articles
The Onyx Bands of Cato Neimoidia were a set of priceless onyx necklaces owned by the Countess Alissyndrex delga Cantonica Provincion during the First Order-Resistance War. Sharing their name with the Colonies planet Cato Neimoidia, the black jewelry was worn around the Contessa's puncture-proof skin in 34 ABY while she visited Zord's Spa and Bathhouse in Canto Bight, the capital of the desert world Cantonica.
The black jewelry served as a strong statement, one that was clearly understood by Lexo Sooger, the star masseur of Zord's bathhouse. He felt intimidated by the Onyx Bands, viewing them as a symbol of Countess Alissyndrex's high status. Some days after her visit to Zord's, the Contessa wore the necklaces to the Canto Casino and Racetrack when it was unceremoniously trashed by a stampede of fathiers let loose by the Resistance operatives Rose Tico and Finn.
