Record cube

Record cubes were roughly rectangular devices used to play music. Both sides had the same design and were gray with two circles in the middle. The edges of the device were white. A record cube used by the rebel Princess Crane had dark grey Aurebesh text on a light gray background reading "CRANE'S" on one edge. Below the two circles, "BEST" was written in the same colors. Above the circles, "N1R 3" was written in white Aurebesh text on a dark gray background, with the "1" written upside-down.

Between 2 BBY and 4 ABY, while performing reconnaissance on the planet Joetz, Crane inserted her record cube into her astromech droid Tor-Tu, and the droid began playing her preferred soundtrack. Soon after, Admiral Basil Kiucee contacted Crane via hologram and reminded her not play music during reconnaissance. Later in their conversation, Crane noted Tor-Tu was the only droid capable of playing her music.
