Basil Kiucee

Admiral Basil Kiucee was a Mon Calamari member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Between 2 BBY and 4 ABY, when the Galactic Empire landed on the planet Joetz, the location of a Rebel base, Kiucee contacted Princess Crane while she investigated the Empire's movements. The admiral advised her to slow down her speeder and stop her music. When Crane's astromech droid R9-TR2 detected signs indicating there were survivors in a village destroyed by the Empire, Kiucee ordered Crane to return, but she refused, ending their communication and rescuing the Gigoran child Woopas. Crane contacted Kiucee again to inform them she had discovered the Empire was mining Coaxium on Joetz, after which she destroyed the Empire's mining crawler. When they spoke again, Kiucee worried about Woopas and praised Crane for denying the Empire the coaxium despite the loss of the rebel base.
