The 712-AvA speeder bike was a reliable, low to the ground speeder bike model manufactured by Aratech Repulsor Company. It was known for its speed and sturdy engineering. The inexperienced bounty hunter, Toro Calican, rode this model across the desert dunes of the planet Tatooine, while chasing down a bounty on Fennec Shand, alongside Mandalorian Din Djarin.

When Djarin returned to Tatooine in search of other Mandalorians, Peli Motto loaned him Calican's speeder bike when he went to Freetown, with Grogu in a bag on the side of the speeder. Djarin rode the bike with Cobb Vanth when he recruited the Tusken Raiders to help kill a Leviathan krayt dragon. When he was returning to Mos Espa, a trio of raiders set a trap by concealing a rope across the gully. As the bike passed, the raiders raised the rope, knocking Djarin off the bike. The bike was destroyed as a result, and Djarin, Grogu, and the supplies attached to the bike were sent flying.
