Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.

"The Loop" was an ellipse-shaped passenger line running around the city of Tal'cara, on the Bothan colony world of Kothlis.

The Loop encircled an area housing several corporations and the market. The circuit had eleven above-ground stations, the westernmost of which was the Kothlis Starport.

Raynor Mining Enterprises had installed an underground tunnel system under the metallic platform on which they would build a city. When the plan was abandoned and the Bothans bought the planet as a colony, they completed the city, made modifications to the track, and bought three Kuat Drive Yards Model 8-X Unirail vehicles for its two lines.

A fare was one credit worth.
