Unidentified human thug (Dug speeder)

A human thug with tan skin, brown hair, and brown eyes talked with a human smuggler about a modified speeder the smuggler owned while they both were in the city Bestine on the Outer Rim planet Tatooine. During the conversation, the smuggler wore a black jacket over a brown shirt, white belt, brown pants, black boots and black gloves.

While the humans were talking, a third human, the scoundrel Kay Vess, interrupted the conversation to commented on the uniqueness of the modified speeder, to which the thug responded by stating the speeder was piece of ancient history.
