Unidentified human smuggler

A human smuggler with tan skin, black hair, and blue eyes owned a modified speeder during the Imperial Era. They guessed that the speeder had been built for a member of the Dug species based on the types of modifications made to the speeder. They also guessed that the Dug enjoyed going fast by the way the speeder's engine was worn down. In 3 ABY, the smuggler was talked with a fellow human while next to speeder in the city Bestine in the Desert Valley region of the Outer Rim planet Tatooine. During the conversation, the smuggler wore a brown jacket over a tan shirt, green waist sash, tan pants, black boots and black fingerless gloves.

While the humans were talking, a third human, the scoundrel Kay Vess, interrupted the conversation to commented on the uniqueness of the modified speeder. After their fellow human called the speeder a relic, the smuggler shared their belief about the history of the speeder with Vess. Vess when on to ask if there was any good parts left in the speeder, to which the smuggler offered to sell her five direct-energy circuits for 150 credits.
