The Hapan Treaty was a treaty between the New Republic and the Hapes Consortium that regulated the alliance between the two. The treaty was signed soon after Dathomir became associated member of the New Republic. Hapes Consortium was to retain independence and sovereignty, and the right to maintain its own navy.
