Mission to Banas
Canon Linked from 4 articles
A mission was taken by Commander Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa to the planet Banas in the Outer Rim Territories to determine if the planet was suitable for a Alliance to Restore the Republic. The large Imperial presence on Banas deemed the need for a base too dangerous for the rebels. Skywalker and Organa were trapped on the planet but were able to escape with the help of two members of the native species.
