The Ord Mynock system was a star system in the Prefsbelt sector of the Outer Rim Territories and New Territories, falling within grid square K-6 of the Standard Galactic Grid. It contained the planet Ord Mynock, the homeworld of the mynock, a bat-like parasitic species that fed on energy emissions. Some mynocks left Ord Mynock and traveled to nearby asteroids and planetoids.
