Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.
The Walin'or system was located in the Shiwal sector, a part of the New Territories portion of the Mid Rim. A hyperlane connected the star system to the Mapuzo system in the Hollan sector and the Belukat system in the Expansion Region.
The Walin'or system was the origin point of the Rebel Alliance's Walin'or cell. By 12 ABY, Walin'or served as a New Republic stronghold. That year, the New Republic fleet carrier Endurance traveled through the Walin'or system as part of a military campaign against the forces of the Imperial Remnant.
