Big Quince (short story)

"Big Quince" was a short story by Peter M. Schweighofer with illustrations by John Paul Lona. It was published in the Star Wars Adventure Journal issue 2 by West End Games in May 1994. Like the four other Schweighofer/Lona collaborations for the Adventure Journal, "Big Quince" alternates between narrative prose and wordless comics. And like the others, it begins and ends with a frame story in which the Black Curs mercenaries share stories on the planet Wroona. The middle is a flashback from Tru'eb Cholakk's point of view, his story of how he met Platt Okeefe and became a smuggler.
