Unidentified moisture farm (listen carefully)

A Weequay technician operated a moisture farm in the Great Chott salt flat region of the Outer Rim planet Tatooine, north of the town of Wayfar. The moisture farm consisted of a double entry dome, a tech dome and several moisture vaporators. By 3 ABY, a group of Jawas had stripped a number of components from the Weequay's astromech droid causing it to be unable to communicate with the farm's moisture vaporator; putting the moisture farm's future in jeopardy.

That year, the technician recruited the scoundrel Kay Vess to repair the astromech droid. Using her companion, ND-5, as a translator, she learned that the a droid's processes were malfunctioning and that the quickest repair would be to shot the droid with an ion blaster. Vess returned to the Weequay after she use the ion module of her blaster to reset the droid and was rewarded with a valuable item.
