Muqular was the homeworld of the tibanna gas–breathing Muqularan species. It was located in the Muqular system within the Montitian Grant sector of the Expansion Region and the Interior, situated in grid square J-15 of the Standard Galactic Grid. The former New Republic general Lando Calrissian believed that it was situated down the Western Reaches and had visited it sometime before 21 ABY, which he mentioned while talking with a Muqularan from Muqular.
