Thorn lizard

A thorn lizard was a type of lizard found on the planet Siline. In 134 BBY, during the survival level of the Crowning Convocation coming-of-age ritual on Siline, the human Lionine Graf looked out over a forest canopy around dusk and heard birds screaming and a strange, piercing cry that they thought was a thorn lizard, which they liked.
