Parami Inix was a Silinese who, in 134 BBY, was a member of the Silinese War Council. Like all the other Councillors, Inix had become a member after having shown exceptional skills during a Crowning Convocation. As a member of the War Council, Inix was part of Siline's talks to join the Galactic Republic. Parami Inix's aunt was married to the human man Yrlan Graf of the Graf family, which ran the Graf-Siline Industries Consortium, a mining and technology group specializing in iflisalt. Due to the marriage connection, Parami Inix often advocated for Graf interests in the War Council until his aunt's husband's death in 137 BBY. Nevertheless, Parami Inix maintained a soft spot for his uncle's grandchild, Lionine Graf.
