Canon Legends version → Linked from 91 articles
Thrawn's forces was a large military force under the command of the Chiss Grand Admiral Mitth'raw'nuruodo "Thrawn" used by the Imperial Remnant during the New Republic Era. Thrawn's forces originated from the Seventh Fleet and Lothal garrison during the Galactic Civil War after they were exiled to a far galaxy.
Around 9 ABY, Thrawn's forces were allied with the Great Mothers, who also sought to escape from exile on Peridea upon their arrival to deliver Thrawn and the Great Mothers from exile, the forces of his old ally Nightsister survivor Lady Morgan Elsbeth became part of his.
Upon Thrawn's return to the galaxy, his forces were integrated into the assets of the Imperial Remnant which were used in his campaign against the New Republic, which ultimately defeated the Grand Admiral.
