Erkush

Erkush was a creature native to the Wild Space planet Kalee, as are members of the Kaleesh species. Kaleesh warriors hunt the Erkush for more than simply meat and generally kill to demonstrate their bravery, making its pelt for clothing and its skulls and bones for fearsome masks. They also valued their prey and wouldn't allow anyone near them.

The Ithorian collector named Dok-Ondar owns an erkush-carved mask that had originally been worn by the late General Grievous, which was displayed in his Batuuan store, Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities, in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu.
