Ktilac

The Ktilacs were a species that originated at the Inner Rim planet Ktil. They ruled sixty-three star systems in the Ktilac Regions, an area of space that they co-inhabited with the Murachaun and Tocoyans, and the three species had a common culture and quasi-religion. The Ktilacs' homeworld was a part of the Galactic Republic and the Galactic Empire, and the isolationist Ktilac Regions nevertheless held the status of an Allied Region under the New Republic and the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances.
