Mumuu

Mumuu was a deadly predatory beast native to the Wild Space planet Kalee. The native Kaleesh species hunted the Mumuu for more than simply meat and generally killed the creatures to demonstrate their bravery. Furthermore, they fashioned its pelt into clothing and its bones, including their skulls, into fearsome masks. The Kaleesh also prized their prey and wouldn't allow anyone near them.

General Grievous's cybernetic face-protecting mask was based on one he had once worn, which was carved from a mumuu skull. In addition, he had mumuu markings on his mask, chest-plates, and cape, and his IG-100 MagnaGuards, including IG-101 and IG-102, wore cloaks with matching markings. Grievous' pet Roggwart, Gor, also had the same markings on his helmet.
