The second edition of Galaxy Guide 5: Return of the Jedi is a supplement to Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game written by Michael Stern with revisions and additional material by George Strayton and published by West End Games in 1995. It is revised version of the first edition, published in 1990. From an in-universe perspective, it is written as a research project by Rebel Alliance historian Voren Na'al.

The guide features character profiles with game stats for main and some secondary characters from the film Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. This book supplies backgrounds for many characters appearing in the film.
